By accessing or using ASQ Exam Prep (“the Service”), operated by Fusion Results LLC dba Alpha Training & Consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ASQ Exam Prep provides online practice questions, mock exams, video training content, and study tools designed to help users prepare for ASQ (American Society for Quality) certification exams. We are an independent preparation resource and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ASQ.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration.

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Subscriptions provide access for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment by contacting us at [email protected]. Refunds are issued at our discretion and only if less than 20% of the content has been accessed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including questions, explanations, videos, graphics, and software — is owned by Fusion Results LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute exam questions or content
• Use automated tools to access or extract data from the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the platform's security
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. No Guarantee of Exam Results

While our materials are designed to help you prepare for ASQ certification exams, we do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. Exam outcomes depend on many factors including individual preparation and effort.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusion Results LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
