Refunds are issued at our discretion and generally only if less than 20% of the purchased content has been accessed. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FUSION RESULTS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fusion Results LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Utah.
If you are located in the European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis in Salt Lake City, Utah, or via telephone/video at your election.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Exceptions: Either party may bring claims in small claims court. This arbitration clause does not apply where prohibited by law (including certain EU and UK consumer protections).
